This an exciting opportunity for someone to optimise an established presence on digital sales channels such as Amazon and retailer marketplaces. You will have experience of working with Amazon (Vendor rather than seller ideally). The role sits in the Marketingteam, and you will work closely with them, but you will be the only one working with marketplaces.

**Responsibilities of the Digital Trading Marketing Executive**:

- Own and manage day to day trading on your designated marketplace platforms, monitoring account health and resolving issues
- Adapt existing product description to suit platform, using a knowledge of marketing and consumer behaviour
- Identify opportunities to optimise consumer engagement, conversion and sales through product detail enrichment, SEO, A/B testing and paid activity
- Work with the wider marketing team to ensure digital marketing activity aligns with the marketing calendar including offline campaigns
- Oversee marketplace advertising (both native and via PPC agency) to ensure budget allocation aligns with commercial priorities and delivers against target KPIs including ROAS, AOV, ROI, ACOS
- Produces relevant daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Works with relevant teams to identify trading and supply chain issues and opportunities
- Provide shopper insights to support continuous improvement in consumer understanding and marketing activities
- Closely monitor and improve company, brand and product reputation through consumer feedback and reviews

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience of managing, evaluating and optimising PPC campaigns
- In-depth experience of managing a broad product portfolio preferably using Amazon Vendor Central
- Experience of managing products on other online marketplaces such as ManoMano, Wayfair would be beneficial
- Excellent planning skills
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS office
