**Job Title: Relief Vending & Hub Operator**

**Location**: Nottingham, UK

**Hours**: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week, between 6:00 am and 4:00 pm

**Role Overview**: As a Relief Vending and Hub Operator covering Nottingham, Derby and Leicester, you will be responsible for covering existing routes, to service, replenish and merchandise both vending machines and micro markets. This multifaceted role also involves conducting site surveys, ensuring quality control, performing deliveries, and handling office-based tasks to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Route Cover**:

- Covering different fixed weekly routes to provide service and replenishment for a variety of vending machines and micro market hubs
- Use of a mobile device and custom software to record a variety of data
- Load products onto delivery vehicles and transport them to designated locations

2. **Site Surveys**:

- Conduct detailed site surveys to assess optimal locations for vending machines.
- Determine placement based on foot traffic, visibility, and accessibility.
- Document findings and provide recommendations for machine placement to maximise sales.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor product quality and freshness regularly.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure machines are clean, stocked, and in full working order.
- Address any quality issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- **Office-based Work**:

- Perform administrative duties such as inventory management, order processing, and record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team to coordinate delivery schedules and address any operational issues.
- Utilise computer systems and software for data entry, reporting, and analysis.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in vending machine operations or merchandising of retails spaces is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Being proficient in driving a variety of commercial vehicles includes long wheel base Mercedes Sprinter vans.
- Availability to work flexible hours between 6:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) and perform manual tasks associated with replenishing and servicing vending machines and hubs.
