We're looking for a District Retail Merchandiser based in the Coatbridge area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. You will be responsible for filling coverage gaps across a defined district, visiting multiple retail outlets to fulfil district and regional targets.

At eXPD8, we work across a variety of categories including: Books and Entertainment, Fashion, Grocery, Health and Beauty, Beers, Wines and Spirits, and Toys. Working within retail outlets, you will ensure the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

**About the role**:
Confirmed working hours: 15 per week minimum

This role is covering Coatbridge and surrounding area.

As you will be supporting and travelling within a defined area, a **full UK driving licence and access to a car** that can be used for business purposes is required.

**How you'll deliver excellence**:

- **Compliance and Standards**
- You'll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
- You'll follow and implement planograms, where provided, to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
- **Product Placement and Replenishment**
- You'll arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
- **Promotional and Point of Sale Setup**
- You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- **Strong communication and relationship building**
- You'll build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.

- A full UK driving licence and access to a car that can be used for business purposes is required
- Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions
- Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
- Experience training or coaching colleagues would be a bonus
- Are willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (you'll be paid extra to do so)
- Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
