We have an exciting opportunity new opportunity for a **Corporate Insurance Assistant** to join us in our contemporary, state-of-the-art new head office located in Sheffield’s ‘Heart of the City’

This critical role will support our Group Insurance Manager, undertaking various administrative tasks to ensure that PLC and our subsidiary companies comply with insurance claims and procedures.

In this newly-created position, the successful post-holder will have the opportunity to shape and challenge the role to add value and offer strategic support to the group governance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Group Insurance Manager by providing coordination and administration support across the department.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding claims.
- Assist with the monitoring of the engineering examination programme to ensure all inspections are carried out on time with any observations or defects adhered to within the necessary timeframe to meet our statutory regulations
- Work closely with the Governance team to drive improvement in operational efficiency and technological improvements.

**About you**:
You will have previous administrative experience in an insurance or legal environment and have experience using Microsoft Office programs whilst being proficient in Excel. Ideally, you will have CRM experience with a basic understanding of insurance and claims requirements.
