The LiquorLab is an exciting cocktail bar inspired by the chemistry of mixology. We specialise in crafting unique cocktails, offering a wide selection of craft beers, wine, and an extensive library of spirits. Our passion for molecular mixology drives us to constantly push the boundaries of cocktail creation in Shropshire, resulting in our innovative Chemical Reaction concoctions.

As a member of The LiquorLab team, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a vital role in the bar's overall operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional performance.
- Managing, training, and developing staff to ensure excellent service at all times.
- Taking a hands-on approach, leading by example and working alongside the team.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and qualities:

- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, with a track record of achieving results.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
- Strong communication skills to inspire and lead the team, as well as provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
