**Job title**: Senior Office Coordinator
**Duration**: 12 months+
**Start date**: ASAP
**Location**: Flexible working 3 days in Victoria office, rest at home
**Hourly rate**: £15phr
**Duties include**
- Meeting and greeting all guests and providing refreshments when requested
- Providing full administration support in relation to the smooth running of the office, including timely responses to queries and requests to bookings
- Manage maintenance of the office environment, liaising with other departments
- flagging any concerns.
- Ensuring Health and Safety checks are being implemented, including regular floor walks
- Preparing meeting rooms for internal and external use
- Accept, sort and distribute post appropriately
- Ensure IT requirements throughout the office are met by liaising with the IT Helpdesk
- Ensure building compliances are met and update building management with records
- Helping assist with event coordination
- Ad-hoc project support for events
- Office Manager or Office Coordinator experience required
- Experienced with stakeholder management
- Hands on people person
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Strong communication and organisational skills in a fast paced environment
- Must be positive and a team player
