**Job Purpose**:
To deliver internal communication activities for global Genesis

**Reporting lines and interactions**:
**Hierarchically reports to**: VP Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

**Key Interactions (internally, externally)**: Genesis Executive Committee, Corporate Communications network, Heads of Country, Head of Practice, Heads of Market, Genesis Brand Ambassadors, Marketing Manager TEN.X.

**Job scope (budget, management, specific criteria)**:

- Provide support, advice and guidance to the local leaders in their communication role
- Responsible for the systems and processes associated with internal communications in coordination with Corporate Communications, as well as press releases and relations, media advisories, and managing the Genesis brand
- Contribute to the development of the Genesis annual Communications Plan in support of business objectives; as well as actively contributing to achieving the global TEN communications vision
- Deliver regular communications to the appropriate audiences through a range of channels, ensuring ease of access to communications, clarity and consistency of messages
- Promote the Genesis brand to all internal stakeholders
- Ensure engagement of employees in alignment with Genesis and Corporate messages

**Typical background and experience required**:
**Minimum Experience**:

- Degree qualification in Communications, and/or membership of a chartered organisation related to Communications or;
- 5 years of experience in a Communications environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & French

**Advantageous Experience**:

- Experience of working in Communications in the energy industry
- Experience of working in a large, international business
- Experience working at global level and managing multiple stakeholders
- Skills in design using Adobe Creative Software

**Main Accountabilities**:
**Internal Communication**
- Coordination of all Communications activities for Genesis worldwide
- Ensures the deployment of Corporate and BU events and campaigns at global level
- Organises local campaigns and Townhalls
- Contribute / lead objectives related to improved Culture and Engagement
- Provides advice and support to local business and functional managers on communication initiatives and approach for their respective scopes to ensure information is shared and cascaded adequately to employees and other stakeholders
- Promotes achievements and success stories to Corporate Communications
- Measures effectiveness of communications and supports Corporate measurement initiatives
- Shares best practices and expertise with communications peers, collaborate with the function at all levels, contribute to develop the communications community
- Manages brand and reputation with all internal stakeholders
- Ensure brand consistency by implementing good practices and systems (refer to: brand guidelines/style guidelines on the intranet)
- Is the local point of contact for the Employee Advocacy Ambassadors
- Leads and entertains the Genesis Brand Ambassadors (GBAs) network
- Coordination of ESG activities
- Point of contact and administrator for the following digital platforms:

- Global intranet news
- E-blasts
- Digital signage
- **External Communication**
- Revision and coordination of external content material (promotion material, presentations, technical papers, press releases, etc.)
- Point of contact and administrator of all external media communication for press releases and relations.

**Strategic Assistance Support**
- Support multiple projects across disciplines
- Making connections across department to ensure collaboration and people moving in the right direction.
- Produce management reports and presentations designed to communicate high level, coherent insights and messages.
