Lettings Negotiator

My client is a highly reputable, regional business providing a range of services to the property market. They are one of the longest established firms in the West Country with an enviable reputation. They operate a supportive culture and they are expanding their estate agency team further.

**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Lettings Negotiator** to work on a full time, permanent basis, based in Bridgwater. The hours of work are Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.30pm and one in three Saturday mornings 9am-1pm. Salary is competitive.

Although previously lettings experience is desirable, if you have previous office experience in a customer facing role you will also be considered.
- Experience within the lettings property industry (desirable)
- An outgoing and confident personality
- Customer facing experience
- ARLA Qualification is desirable
- Excellent computer and microsoft skills
- Organised and pro-active
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work as a team
- Driver’s license / Access to own vehicle
