Pot Washer

We are a family run restaurant and are looking for a new member to join our kitchen team in Potwash.
- General cleaning of kitchen and service areas.
- Assisting with basic food preparation.
- To clean, wash, dry and polish all kitchen equipment and service items by hand in an efficient manner.
- Operate all necessary sterilising equipment.
- To operate all heavy equipment according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Responsible for the correct disposal and any recycling of all rubbish.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects. The ability to work evenings, weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £8.50-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
