**Main Responsibilities / Duties**:

- Undertake planning and administrative duties to support the effective delivery of our

training interventions
- Support the training team and partner agencies to meet relevant health and safety requirements; to include acting as a point of contact, to ensure the safety and security of staff and others can be maintained.
- Provide administrative support to the wider Learning and Development Team, including the maintenance of learning platforms and record-keeping systems as required.
- Set up and coordinate training bookings and manage attendance information on our learning management system.
- Support the management team in maintaining high levels of data quality and data

management.
