**Job Overview**:
We are currently seeking a skilled Shovel Operator to join our team. The role involves operating and maintaining tractors for various agricultural tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operating a JCB excavator to transfer material and product around the site in a safe and efficient manner and within the speed limit
- Sorting and blending the product - Loading silos
- Managing the operation of the burner
- Ensuring good quality control of product - Measuring JCB bucket weights
- Accurate completion of documentation - Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Perform routine maintenance on tractors to ensure proper functioning
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in operating tractors and agricultural machinery
- Proficiency in digging, ploughing, and planting techniques
- Commercial driving licence with a clean driving record
- Mechanical knowledge for basic tractor maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £11.70-£12.70 per hour
