We are looking for a qualified nursery practitioner who is looking for a senior role in a busy nursery.

Must have at least a L3 in childcare or working towards this.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Monitor and assess children's development and progress
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Lead staff team in room

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and legislation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
