The Supply Room is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor, with experience working with Autism and Challenging Behaviour in a school as well as a coaching setting where experience and versatility will be key in this rewarding position.

Experience working with young people will be advantageous as the position will predominately work with pupils in a secondary school setting.

The position is to start immediately. We would like to make sure that those who are successful will co-operate with us when it comes to availability as this will be a long-term role.

**What is the school looking for?**
- Experience working within schools, **ideally with SEN Students.**
- Strong behaviour management skills as well as experience working with **SEMH/EBD/ASD Students.**
- Firm but fair approach able to set appropriate boundaries with pupils.
