Clothing Embroidery

A position has become available for a part time embroidery machine operator / production operative. This will be maternity cover initially but may lead to a permanent position.

The position is 5 days (mon-fri), 27.5 hours p/week - plus potential for overtime.

This is a hands on role and the chance to get involved in all areas of production within the Company which may include picking / packing / sorting orders for delivery and booking couriers.

Experience preferred but not essential. Training will be given where appropriate.

**Main duties will include but not limited to**:

- Operation of Tajima Embroidery machines including framing of garments, programming machine designs and basic running maintenance
- Assist in the preparation and printing of garments
- Ensuring production meets required quality standards and recognising faults immediately
- Assisting, where necessary in other areas of production
- Making sure deadlines are met

**Skills required**:

- Must be willing to get stuck in
- Must be able to work as part of a team or alone
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Have an excellent work ethic

Our usual days of opening are Monday - Friday
