We are a leading landscaping company serving the house building sector in the worksop and Sheffield areas. We Pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to our clients. As part of our team you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

We are looking for **Team **players with 3 or more years experience as a team leader or supervisor or equivalent.

**Main responsibilities**
- Execute landscaping tasks to the highest standards of quality and within identified timescales._
- Demonstrate and uphold high standards of safety in the work place._
- Effectively deploy your team on each job ,ensuring optimal performance._
- Take care of company property and equipment issues to your team._
- Complete all relevant paper work accurately and submit in a timely manor._
- Identify and communicate issues impacting delivery quality or production performance promptly._
- Minimize waste and report any issues, ensuring proper handling of returned materials._
- Approach all work with an industrious mindset._
- Uphold and promote the company image at all times._
- Communicate with clients, customers, and the general public in a friendly and polite manner._

- knowledge of hard and soft landscaping and plant care (preferable)_
- CSCS card (essential)_
- PA1 &PA6 qualifications (desirable)_
- Chainsaw certificates (desirable)_
- Full Uk Driving license (essential)_

**Salary**: £11.55-£13.52 per hour
