**Site Based**: Alice Ingham Court, 49-85 Lisbon Street, Rochdale, OL12 7AW

**Hours of Work**: 20 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays between 8am and 1pm

Main duties will include cleaning and maintaining of;
- Mats, Carpets, Paintwork, Floors, Furniture
- Scheme entrance areas
- Office spaces
- Communal living areas
- Laundry room
- Toilets
- Empty flats
- Emptying of internal and external bins
- In addition, assisting customer and visitors with general queries and supporting the Scheme Coordinator with social events as required.

What you need:

- Experience of providing a cleaning service
- Knowledge of Health and Safety applicable to providing a cleaning service
- Effective communication skills
