Answering incoming calls from customers, you will provide support to all queries relating to their agreements.

Full training will be provided to you can perform tasks to a high standard, however you will need to be a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a desire to learn.

**Duties**:

- Answering incoming calls and providing a first class service to customers
- Responding to Lives Chat
- Discussing payment issues or arrears if necessary
- Updating customer records and details
- Sending out information relating to requests on products and services

**The Individual**:

- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Excellent communicator
- IT Savvy
- Previous experience working on the telephones
