We are looking for compassionate and committed healthcare assistants in Eccles, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in her home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is an adult male in his early 20s who lives with his loving family in Eccles. He requires support throughout the night on a 2:1 basis to support his complex and clinical care needs.

He is a sociable, well-mannered young man who enjoys spending time with his family and watching football, particularly Arsenal, as he is a big fan.

His hobbies include going out in the community especially shopping trips and he would love future opportunities to get back into studying.

Throughout the night you will provide support with personal care, Moving and handling requirements and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night’s sleep.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration

**Desirable Experience**
- Spinal Injury Care
- Knowledge of Autonomic Dysreflexia
- Ventilation Management
- Tracheostomy Care
- Oral Suction
- Nebuliser
- Bowel Management
- Catheter Care

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Full Time Nights 3-4 shifts per week
- Nights
- 7:00pm-7:00am

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weeknights £13.50 per hour (£162 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Weekends £14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per 12 12-hourift)

Bank Holiday £17.00 per hour (£204 approx. per 12-hour shift)
