Our client in Thame is looking for an Account Administrator.
The main duties of the Account Administrator are to be:
- Responsible for the administration around one key account.
- You will schedule internal engineers to a portfolio of sites.
- Upload reports, costs and dates to client portal.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- General administration support to the office and management team.
To be successful in this Account Administrator role you will:
- Enjoy working in a busy customer focused environment.
- Have excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be IT literate with experience of Excel and Word.
- Can prioritise and manage workloads.
- Training will be given on procedures and equipment.
Working hours for this Account Administrator role are Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm with a 3.30pm finish on a Friday.
Salary 24-25K depending on experience.
