We have an exciting new opportunity for two CAS and Visa Compliance Coordinators to join the University and our newly aligned International Student Advice and Compliance Team. You will be responsible for the management of a range of advice and compliance related procedures from processing Student visa sponsorship requests to continued engagement monitoring, working as part of a team, and supporting the wider university, this is an integral and varied role.

A key position for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our CAS and Visa Compliance Team, you will engage proactively and positively in delivering an excellent customer experience which is fully aligned with the University’s Student Recruitment Strategy.

**The Person**:
Motivated and a dynamic individual, we require someone who can work effectively within a team and can deal with varying customer needs. The CAS and visa Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role for the University in managing and implementing advice and compliance related policies and processes to support our international students. This includes Student Route visa sponsorship and other more general immigration compliance requirements. The ability to react promptly to change in a demanding environment is a necessity. This is a busy department with many conflicting demands so the ability to work well under pressure is essential.

You will also represent the Service and the wider University to internal and external network groups which will allow you to develop and maintain a vital stakeholder network and keep abreast of developments in the sector.

The Directorate for Students attracts and supports an inclusive student body, ensuring students become sought-after graduates through career enhancement and a focus on wellbeing.

Recruitment and Admissions at Kingston University forms a large department within the Student Directorate encompassing recruitment and admissions across home, EU and overseas students.

It provides a strategic, operational and advisory service for the University on all aspects of recruitment and admissions. This includes course marketing, student recruitment, student admissions, website management and development, design & print, copywriting, editing as well as international development, visa and immigration advice, events and graduation services. Together we are committed to widening access and improving customer service across the entire applicant journey.

**Further information**:
There is 1 full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £32,271 per annum and 1 part time, permanent position working 18.5 hours per week, with a starting salary of £16,136 per annum (50% pro rata to £32,271 per annum).
