Newmans Holiday Homes are a family run business working with in the leisure industry, welcoming thousands of holiday makers through subletting private holiday caravans and lodges for over 25 years.
We are pleased to be able to offer a full time position to expand and work along side our already established administration team with in our Exmouth office.
**The key responsibilities will be**:
Taking and processing holiday bookings.
Logging and processing hire products. Completing payments and raising invoices.
Covering general office administration as well as assisting in other areas of the company.
Working within a friendly, fun and busy environment.
**What we need from you?**
- You'll be well organised and proactive with the ability to prioritise your workload.
- Friendly and helpful, you'll have excellent communication and people skills.
- Admin experience within a professional company, and confidence with IT are a must.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
**Based in Exmouth, operating on a 5 day week from Monday to Saturday. With Sunday and a day off in the week.**
Based in our Exmouth office 9am to 6pm.
Working week Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week.
