An opportunity has arisen for a full-time position in the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences within the Examinations and Assessments Team. You will provide administrative support to a wide number of academic staff within the College and liaise with other academic staff at other universities. Responsibilities will include dealing with staff and student enquiries, disciplinaries, exceptional circumstances and liaising with other areas of the University such as Registry, Central Examinations, Enabling Team, Quality Team and the HUB.

You should be educated to A Level or equivalent standard with strong IT skills, including the use of databases. Excellent administrative, organisational and team-working skills are essential and experience of using a student records database such as SITS would be advantageous as would knowledge of using VLE The ability to co-ordinate a wide range of activities and to communicate effectively when dealing with a wide range of contacts is also essential.
