You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, AAT, or ATT) with demonstrable experience in a senior role, working closely with clients whilst leading a team. With demonstrable experience within practice, you'll have a track record of providing results-drivenaccountancy support to a significant client portfolio.

**Job Purpose**
- Owning responsibility for a portfolio of clients, managing your workflow, deadlines, and budgets.
- Planning and undertaking assignments, striving to deliver service excellence.
- Lead a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating those around you.
- Own responsibility of KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met.
- Contribute to the firm’s growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
- Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handing queries.
- Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
- Setting an example to junior staff as a hands-on senior manager.
