As our Global Sales Support Specialist you would be a UK office-home hybrid-based resource, part of a dynamic team, to drive and maximize business potential & manage operational relationships with global customers
- Proactively co-ordinate global implementations and support commercial operations
- Partner with European sales organisations on accounts & act as catalyst for Business to Business (B2B) revenue growth

- Works in partnership with lead European sales teams and countries, proactively co-ordinating & leading international implementations and supporting commercial operations, allowing Sales to focus on business development
- Monitors progress of project implementations and provides regular update on progress to customer and Canon internal European organisations
- Works with other Canon regions to implement global contracts in the home region
- Supports with general global account queries and advice
- Has regular contact with customer to support in operational issues beyond the “lead” country expertise, identifying business key-decision makers within customer & builds relationships where appropriate
- Understands customer structure, needs & goals and co-ordinates Canon international efforts to build relationships in developing business
- Reviews, verifies and analyses reporting data, to confidently co-present quarterly business review reports and insights to top customers, - Provides ‘bigger picture’ insights to internal & external customers
- Focuses on increasing Canon share of wallet in the customer(s)
- Acts as catalyst for B2B revenue growth
- Challenges European organisations on progress of global B2B revenue growth
- May provide extra project support to Global Services team if required.
- Contribute to Global Services achieving their objectives

**Further Information**:
This is a hybrid role - working 3 days per week from our offices in Stockley Park, Uxbridge and 2 days from home.

Salary range is £39,350 - £46,000

Benefits include 10% bonus, private medical insurance, contributory pension scheme, 25 days holiday per annun and even our own subsidised Costa.
