**Responsibilities**:

- **Pioneering Website Design**: Develop captivating and responsive websites through the utilization of user research and strict adherence to UI/UX best practices, ensuring an unparalleled user experience.
- **Visual Design Conceptualization**: Generate detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups with advanced tools like Figma, translating design concepts into tangible and visually immersive digital experiences.
- **Technological Mastery**: Create and maintain websites employing cutting-edge technologies such as SharePoint, AJAX, Redux, and WordPress, guaranteeing functionality and adaptability.
- **Brand Cohesion**: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and unified brand representation.
- **Optimization and Responsiveness**: Enhance website performance and guarantee mobile responsiveness, providing users with a seamless experience across diverse devices.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Web Design Expertise**: Showcase a substantial work history as a web designer or in a similar role, demonstrating a successful track record in crafting visually appealing and functionally effective websites.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design tools, enabling the execution of sophisticated and dynamic web designs.
- **Interactive Content Creation**: Exhibit experience with Adobe Flash for developing engaging and interactive web content, contributing to a dynamic online presence.
- **Analytics Insight**: Display familiarity with Google Analytics to track website traffic and performance, utilizing data-driven insights to inform design decisions and enhance user engagement.
- **Effective Collaborative Communication**: Possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, translating design concepts into cohesive digital solutions.
- **Deadline-Driven Autonomy**: Showcase the ability to work independently, consistently meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects.

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
