**Parts Advisor - Volkswagen Van Centre Bilston**

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm i.e. 40 hours per week. One hour for lunch (unpaid)

Saturdays on a rota basis 8.00 am to 12.00 pm

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per annum + Bonus

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a **Service Advisor** at our **Volkswagen Van Centre Bilston** site.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Maximise parts profitability through the use of professional sales techniques.
- Maintain parts stock and stock records.
- Process parts orders efficiently.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to departmental compliance with company policy and industry guidelines.

**What we need from you**:

- Ideally have previous experience with, or a working knowledge of, the following systems:

- VW ETKA online parts catalogue.
- VW E-Parts online ordering.
- VW Expo returns logistics.
- Kerridge Dealer Management.
- Prior experience in the motor trade, particularly in parts, would be desirable.
- Able to provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Excellent relationship building with clients.
- Is highly organised and adaptable.
- Minimum GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Computer literate.
