Butler Rose are currently working with a growing distribution business based in Taunton to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a full-time permanent basis. The client offers a good holiday package and employee discounts.
Key Responsibilities in this Purchase Ledger Clerk role:
- Matching invoices against credit notes & purchase orders
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Arranging weekly payment runs
- Maintaining the ledger
- Monthly expenses
- Various reconciliations & ad hoc support as required.
To be considered for this Purchase Ledger Clerk role you will have:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in standard office software
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
