**Food Services Lead** As
**Food Services Lead **within Sodexo at one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies in Cambridge and Macclesfield, you will be responsible for introducing proven innovative and inspirational food services and benchmark against ‘what good looks like’ in Sodexo. **What you’ll do**:

- Be a leader for all areas of Catering service design whilst remaining responsible for the effective delivery of catering services.
- Motivate, engage, and lead food transformation to ensure teams are supported to perform their roles to a high standard and in alignment to Sodexo policies and procedures.
- Provide onsite strategic and management support to catering teams in menu planning and service delivery.
- Act as food transformation expert for supporting mobilisations of new catering services.
- Provide onsite strategic and management support to catering teams in menu planning and service delivery.
- Be the face of the food service for the Client and Key Stakeholders in a food transformation expert capacity.
- Ensure catering teams comply with Company & Client policies, site rules and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
- Ensure the standards across the site(s) are in accordance with the Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators specified in the service contract.
- To attend and participate in internal and client meetings as required across the UK.
- All supplier quotes are gained and reviewed as applicable where changes/projects dictate.
- Provide hands-on support working alongside the project team when providing operational readiness for new service areas.

**What you bring**:

- Proven experience in managing and leading a motivated food function.
- Industry acumen and knowledge of external catering developments & innovations.
- Strong financial understanding and demonstrable budgeting management.
- Experience working in a standards /compliance environment.
- Relevant craft and H&S qualifications and training.
- Recognised health and safety qualifications e.g., IOSH.
