**Main Duties**:

- Safely transfer passengers and travelling companions to and from the terminal and aircraft whilst adhering to SSOW and ensuring the highest level of customer service
- Provides physical assistance by lifting passengers into and out of aircraft seats using aids as appropriate
- Assist with passenger’s baggage as required.
- Ensure boarding checks are completed in line with airline requirements
- Observant of the different immigration channels to make sure arrival passengers are directed to the correct channel
- Is always approachable and helpful when dealing with customers, observing passengers to identify needs and adjust service accordingly
- Effective and efficient communication with the Operations Supervisor at all times
- Ensure vehicle checks are completed and recorded prior to usage
- Accurate recording of tasks in the Avtech system
- Ensures equipment are checked for safe usage prior to use.
- Ensure all Electric Mobility Aids (EMA) tags are completed accurately
- Actively checks that all seat belts are worn by all passengers and drivers
- Ensure belts and clamps are in a usable condition and where required always used.
- Maintains the cleanliness of vehicles both inside and outside and that they are clear of rubbish
- Informs passengers in an accurate and timely manner regarding changes to flights schedules
- Carries out Minibus, Banksperson, Customer Care Agent, Desk Host duties when required

**To be successful in the role, you will need**:

- Previous airport experience is strongly desired but not essential
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Previous experience of driving larger vehicles is beneficial although full training will be given
- Must be able to obtain an airside pass
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic and a positive approach even when under pressure
- Self-motivated and reliable with a conscientious approach and excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to work and able to work efficiently and thoroughly.
- Highest regard for service quality
