Gardener/cleaner

Cobthorne Cleaning and Maintenance are looking for an addition person to jin our expanding team of gardeners and cleaning operatives.

Hours of work are 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday ( 42.5 hours per week ) with occassional overtime when busy in the evenings and weekends.

General duties will include gardeing works of communal areas to blocks of flats such as mowing lawns, strimming, sweeping paths, trimming hedges, weeding etc.

There is also a proportion of cleaning work to communal area stairwells and bin stores etc.

The right person will be flexible on their approach to work as tasks and days can vary from day to day. It is improtant you have a 'Can Do ' attitude. You must be able to communicate as part of a team and have a clean driving license as you may be expected to drive company vehicles.

Part-time hours: 42.5 per week

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime
