**Experienced Cafe Assistant**

7am to 17.00pm,

Part time 30hrs pw, 3 days a week 10 h per day, 30min paid break.

**W**e are looking for someone with Café service experience to help run our Range Café as part of the Silvermere Golf Club Hospitality team.

The Club’s popular café is a standalone service area which provides a range of hot drinks and food such as sandwiches, sausage rolls etc., prepared by the café assistant to the range bays and café customers.

Responsibilities include:

- Food preparation (Prepare sandwiches, bacon rolls and sausages)
- Make coffee
- Will work by their self
- Coffee skills
- Cashing up
- Cash Handling
- Use of ovens to Cook pastries, sausages, bacon, sausages rolls
- Upselling (in the quiet times go to the driving range and offer drinks, chocolate bars, crisps etc. to the customers)

There will be shifts available all throughout the week.

Please note that an interview and trial shift (no longer than 2hrs) forms part of the interview process.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Experience in a café or a food forward business

Food Handling

Barista Training
