Event Barista

As a Barista (not Barrister) at The Daily Grind, as I’m sure you will expect, you’ll be serving quality hand crafted coffee. However it’s not just how its served that we are passionate about, it is who serves it and what their passionate about that is important to us. We expect you to be dedicated, friendly, charming, have pride in your work and help provide an experience that can’t be had elsewhere in the local community.

Driving change in the local community and getting more independently owned cafes out there is a big battle, especially with our national competitor’s only steps away That’s why we need teams built from individuals with a zing for excitement and that provide hospitalitynot just a service. You have a flexible approach to all tasks, whether it’s taking customer feedback, replenishing stock or producing our hand crafted coffee. All of this in the background whilst your thirst to develop your knowledge, ability to read our guests and personable approach have you forging great relationships within the community.

This Is a role for event staff so will beheld a various locations.
