**INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for**:
**Job Title **- Foreman - Façade Package

**Project** - Mixed Commercial and Residential

**Job Location** - Belfast

**Salary** - £35K - £40K + travel

**About the Company**

Top 40 Contractor who specialises in external solutions across multiple industry sectors.

The Foreman will be responsible for managing external envelopes on a range of projects across Northern Ireland - mainly Belfast/ Antrim Area.

**The Role**
- Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet client standards
- Provide Technical support to the Project Team and host weekly meetings to update on progress
- Manage the successful installation and delivery of the whole building envelope
- Co-ordination of the supply chain procurement process
- Assist with build ability issues and value engineering related to the external envelope.
- Manage meetings with the design team and specialist contractors
- Oversee the relevant Site Managers driving the on-site delivery
- Maintain a continuous focus on Health & Safety and Quality Assurance
- Deliver projects on time and within budget

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Trades Qualification of HND/ Degree Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years in a management position
- Demonstrable record of working with clients and stakeholders
- Experience coordinating multiple teams of site personnel and subcontractors
- Experience with Cladding, Curtain walling, Facades and Roofing systems is desirable.
- IT and standard industry software skills
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
