We are seeking a motivated Handyperson to join our expanding team. This position will play a pivotal role in providing general maintenance, repairs, and odd jobs at various client sites, contributing to our continued growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute a wide range of general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Address minor repairs and installations promptly and efficiently to maintain optimal functionality of client facilities.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks and odd jobs as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and proactively address them to prevent issues from escalating.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair calls, particularly in cases of property damage, ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in general maintenance, repairs, and odd jobs, preferably in a facilities management or similar setting.
- Strong proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other related tasks, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs and emergencies.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record is essential.

**Salary**: £15.00-£25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
