Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Outskirts Carlisle
Position Type: Full-time, 4 on 4 off shift pattern

**Salary**: Competitive (Days: £12.20 per hour, Nights: £14.64 per hour)

Join our team at a leading manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality products. We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our dynamic team and contribute to our production operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor production processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and meet customer requirements.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards to ensure product integrity.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating various types of machinery and equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Own transport is essential due to the location of the facility.
