We strive to make a positive and ethical impact by engaging with our community through various programmes and initiatives. The Diocese of Bristol is a non-for-profit administrative area of the Church of England for over one million people living across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Wiltshire and Swindon. It covers a diverse and contrasting range of contexts and brings together over 200 churches, 70 church schools, a range of chaplaincies and networks of faith seeking to be a church for and serving all people in all places.

This is an exciting time within the Diocese as we are collaboratively shaping a new vision and set of priorities for the coming years in a process called _Transforming Church. Together_._ We want to understand what we do well, what we can change for the better and how to create a positive way forward together. This role will be key in preparing for what the future brings.
