**Hales Home Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Community Care Assistants / Care Workers / Home Care Workers / Carers in Lincolnshire.**

Areas covered: Woodhall Spa, Horncastle, and surrounding areas

As a Hales Care Worker in Lincolnshire, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and independence of vulnerable individuals within the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities include:

- Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
- Ensuring service users have adequate grocery supplies
- Assisting individuals in taking their medication
- Preparing warm and nourishing meals
- Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
- Providing a valuable companionship lifeline to individuals
