PSIRF Awareness Educator Band 7

The Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) Educator will be based within the Corporate Nursing Team. They will support the Head of Nursing patient safety with training to raise the awareness within the nursing, midwifery & AHP teams, of the impact of PSIRF on patient safety management and improvement.

To provide awareness training and support to all band 7& 6 staff who have responsibility for managing patient safety incidents.

Provide reports to collaborative leads on the progress of the education programme in their areas.

Develop and co-ordinate all aspects of education relating to the implementation of the patient safety incident response framework.

**Standard Check**: £18 + Administration cost of £3.85 = £21.85. Deducted at £6.85 from 1st month salary and £5 deducted from salary over following 3 months.

**Enhanced Check**: £38 + administration cost of £3.90 = £41.90. Deducted at £11.90 from 1st month salary and £10 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
