- This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Quality Management System (QMS) Quality Specialist, in the Quality Team based in Nottingham. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the QMS Quality Specialist will support the team to ensure the compliance of our medicines, medical devices, vitamins, cosmetics, and general merchandise products.
- About the role- Coordinates the ongoing development and management of a lean, agile QMS to manage the development and maintenance of our products, and champions the QMS by providing advocacy, training and guidance.
- Controls the deployment of QMS documents, training and group policies via the eQMS platform, to ensure effective knowledge management and QMS maintenance.
- Identify, coordinate and implement effective continuous improvement activity for the QMS and eQMS.
- Coordinates the provision of key performance metrics for business reporting, Management Review, and ongoing improvement. Interprets & communicates data to ensure requirements are met.
- Support the coordination, preparation & delivery of successful regulatory inspections & audits (MHRA, ISO13485 etc).
- Manage an effective internal audit and self-inspection programme, including the conducting of audits.
- Acts as the quality point of contact for the wider business and provides quality expertise as required for effective change management.

What you’ll need to have-
- Experience of maintaining in a QMS.
- Knowledge of product quality, safety & regulatory requirements for licenced medicines and medical devices.
- Scientific approach to problem solving.
- Good organisational capabilities and attention to detail.
- Clear communicator (both verbal & written) with good team working and networking skills.
- Ability to manage own workload.

It would be great if you also have- Experience of using Enterprise Quality Management System (eQMS) software.
- Good working knowledge of core office software such Word and Excel.

- We currently operate a fixed hybrid working approach for Support Office team members with a mix of remote and office-based working. Our set office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with team members able to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
