**Location: Fully remote for now. Will most likely require office time (2 or 3 days) weekly in the future in West Point, PA**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate compliance and operational tasks in support of non-interventional research activities.
- Main responsibilities include:

- Managing compliance activities related to publication development and archival of all required documentation in internal repository (e.g. iEnvision)
- Coordinating contracting and budget management activities related to confidentiality and consultant agreements
- Assisting with the development and planning activities for scientific meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting transparency reporting on a quarterly and ad-hoc basis for PPSA/EFPIA compliance
- Tracking and managing external facing SharePoint sites, including set-up, maintenance, and managing content
- Uploading all required documents into systems per applicable compliance requirements
- Coordinating internal and external meeting management and draft/review agendas and minutes
- Tracking project timelines and deliverables and follow-up on action items
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and work to bring to timely resolution
- Adherence with all applicable compliance requirements
- Assist with ad-hoc requests, which may include formatting documents, creating job aids/checklists, and developing training guides/presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree required, education in public health (or closely related discipline: epidemiology, biostatistics, biometry, or biological sciences) preferred
- Exposure to clinical/observational research (1 - 3 years of related job or equivalent experience; e.g. Research Assistant, Research Coordinator, and/or Project Manager)
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to be flexible and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of epidemiologic or outcomes research
