Laundry Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Laundry Operative to join our highly successful laundry team in Southall.

This will be ongoing, possible permanent work.

As a Laundry Operative, your primary responsibility will be:

- Sorting clothes by light and dark colours or by fabric and preparing them for washing.
- Handling the daily laundry operation.
- Placing clothing into a hamper or clothes basket and emptying pockets.
- Washing and folding laundry as needed by their facility.
- Carrying out dry cleaning duties
- Ensure all garments are properly cleaned and pressed
- Keep the laundry area clean and tidy and ensure that all laundered items are well folded.

Previous experience in laundry services is preferred but full training will be provided.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week
- Weekly Pay, £10.50 per hour
