An opportunity has arisen for a Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team at Albrighton Hall Hotel and Spa.

The hotel is a stunning 18th century manor house with 15 acres of gardens and an ornamental lake. The hotel offers modern bedrooms, spa and leisure facilities plus function rooms suitable for up to 400 guests.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment
- Clean crockery and cutlery
- Organise and keep the storerooms tidy
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitized according to company's standards and policies
- Maintain food hygiene standards & Health and Safety legislation at all times

**Experience Required**
- Ideally, have previous kitchen porter experience, but training will be given
- Be able to work in a busy kitchen environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn and adapt to new and different ways of working
- Friendly and helpful personality
- Be hard working and have a positive attitude to work
