Based in a creative and culturally diverse area of east London, the main site in Mile End is one of the largest self-contained residential campuses in the capital.
Reporting into the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, the Diary & Accommodation Manager will take ownership over the management of all internal enquiries, academic lets as well as taking a key role in the planning and management of Summer School Business.
The role will manage the Internal Events & Sales Coordinators and ensure that all internal events are booked and processed timely, accurately and at a high customer service standard. This new role will manage our bookings diary, and manage all academic letson campus including enquiry, contracting and invoicing
We are seeking an individual with demonstrable experience in diary and accommodation management across a large-scale within a Higher Education sector, hospitality or venue environment. The role calls for a customer-focused individual with excellent interpersonaland communication skills and experience coordinating events and conferences. You will have a flexible attitude and be willing to learn, develop and improve both individually or as part of a team. You will have an excellent attention to detail and be able toplan, manage and monitor a variety of commitments, balancing workloads to meet service demands for self and others in the team.
