**Reed Finance are partnered with a well-recognised business with truly global reach, in the recruitment for a Finance Business Partner to join them on permanent basis.**

This is a hands-on, strategic position developing key partnerships between senior finance and non-financial executives within the business. Ideally you will be a qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) accountant, with demonstrable experience of interpreting and explainingkey financial data and reporting to non-financial managers.

**As Finance Business Partner, your key duties will include**:

- Monthly management accounting and variance analysis
- Developing key partnerships between senior executives and departments
- Analysing business positioning and performance, to prepare Budgets and Forecasts
- Developing financial reporting and streamlining processes
- Analysis of the profitability and feasibility of projects
- Attending and reviewing regular stakeholder meetings to offer analysis and advice
- A finance qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
- Proven experience within a dynamic accounting environment, including management and financial accounting and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced MS Excel skills
