Butchers Assistant

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Prepare and cut meat products to customer specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the butchery area
- Assist with the packing of the meat products as and when needed
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist in developing new products and recipes

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a Butcher with machines such as Mincers, Tumblers, Sausage Fillers and Band Saws
- Proficient in food production techniques and food safety practices
- Have knowledge of sausage production
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Be physically fit for the physical demands required of this job
