**Descripción**

Our take on a spa, Swim Club is about so much more than a cracking front crawl. Here you’ll find inviting treatment rooms, an outdoor hot tub, a sauna and a cardio room, set around a 20-metre indoor pool with knockout floor-to-ceiling views of the lake, fells and sky. The senior therapist is responsible for overseeing treatments and the general running of the treatment rooms on a day to day basis along with carrying out treatments to the required standard. This role is a full time role at 40 hours per week to include weekend work.
What you’ll do
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the treatments
- To carry out treatments in line with our SOP’s
- To deputise for the Swim Club manager in all areas relating to the therapists and treatment rooms
- Be aware of the budgetary and brand requirements of Swim Club and work with the Swim Club manager to achieve them
- To be responsible for the training, induction and mentoring of all new therapists and on-going training and development of the therapists
- To be responsible for managing stock levels of professional stock items and re-ordering where required using the spa software system
- To check the condition and working order of all of the treatment room equipment and small equipment on a regular basis, and to let the Swim Club manager know of any issues/concerns
- To take bookings accurately and to discuss the treatment list with guests/clients giving professional advice where needed
- To collate feedback for the therapists on a weekly basis and to address any issues/problems
- To support the Swim Club Manager and Host as required to ensure the smooth running of the department

What you offer
- NVQ L3 in beauty therapy or an equivalent qualification i.e BTEC or ITEC level 3
- Experience of working as a therapist in a similar high-end environment
- Computer literate
- Qualifications in holistic therapies would be preferable
- Team management experience
