**ICT Apprentice Support Desk Co-ordinator **J.BRAND LIMITED

Reporting to the Support Desk Manager the Support Desk Co-ordinator is responsible for the effective allocation and management of incidents to field engineers, including the efficient use of logístical and field engineering resource. The SDC is also responsible for maintaining customer awareness and progress of nominated Incidents. This role is located in Runcorn,.

**Annual wage**

Salary range: £19000 to £22000

**Working week**

08:00-17:00 1 hour lunch 40hrs plus remote weekend support (approx. 1 a month)

Total hours per week: 40 hours a week

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Tasking of Field Engineers.
- Effective Allocation of Fault Calls to Field Engineers within a pre-defined geographic area.
- Re-adjustment of Field Engineer work to meet both Service Levels and customer commitments.

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
- ICT (Information Communications Technician) Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
- You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills.
- Your training will include gaining A Level 3 IT qualifications.

**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**
