CitySprint have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Supervisor.

Your role will involve managing all day-to-day courier resources to maximise efficiencies across the network adhering to customer SLA’s and Health and Safety parameters. Support the Operations Manager to create a KPI driven environment based on service and revenue

As a successful Operations Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day controller resource within the Service Centre, supporting the Operations Manager to positively contribute to the success of the Service Centre by managing and optimising all resources. You will manage stakeholder relationships to ensure that CitySprint retains a positive commercial reputation. Actively managing, supporting, and developing the team of Operations Controllers to achieve the collective Service Centre success through regular 121’s and objective and performance reviews.

**The main responsibilities within the Operations Supervisor role are**:

- Direct communications relating to designated courier workload courteously and efficiently
- Proactively manages and resolves direct customer, courier, and control queries by effectively communicating with other departments
- Ensures all in-house systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner e.g., CityTrak, X-Despatch 3, Salesforce
- Engaging with recruitment, induction, and ongoing training processes, identifying problem areas of retention & devising solutions
- Manages and monitors the ‘end to end’ delivery process ensuring all couriers adhere to CitySprint SLA’s and legal requirements
- Ability to proactively advise clients and fellow employees of business-critical information and updates
- Full understanding of all customer SLA’s and best practices.Demonstrates effective time management skills and meets deadlines
- Ability to reprioritise tasks/workload in line with changing business needs in a busy and time sensitive environment
- Previous experience in an Operations environment.
- Good Working knowledge of systems including CityTrak and XDespatch 3
