**Starting Salary could be increased based on experience**

**Responsibilities**:

- Placing orders for construction material, negotiating best prices and prompt delivery
- Keeping track of PO, deliveries and stock on sites
- Reconciling purchase orders to delivery notes /invoices and price checking
- Tracking project spend/cost reports for management team on Excel
- Assisting in tender preparation work for new jobs
- Assisting in audits and preparation of various site policy documents
- Assisting M&E Co-Ordinator with paperwork/certificates/O&M information

**Requirements**:

- GCSE equivalent grade C or above in Maths and English (preferred)
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (Essential)
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Good with people, must have a positive attitude and willing to learn for opportunity to progress within the company

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
