**Travel Consultant
- up to £25k PLUS uncapped commission**
This is a fantastic time to join this established, innovative travel company as they are rapidly expanding and have multiple vacancies for experienced sales focused Travel Consultants to join their team on a hybrid or fully remote basis, and to start at theend of January. Selling tailor-made holidays, escorted tours and safaris to worldwide destinations you will be using your destination knowledge and experience to convert enquiries into sales and delivering exceptional customer service to look after customersthroughout their booking experience.

**Travel Consultant - Role & Responsibilities**
- To look after clients from the first time they call to the point of travel - offering professional, efficient and polite service on every call
- To listen to clients' requirements and ensure they find exactly the right holiday - as well as personalising it with extensions and add-ons
- To identify and up-sell any elements clients may have overlooked
- To 'own' each booking end to end, ensuring that any pre-travel queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently

**Travel Consultant - Skills & Experience Required**:

- Proven experience in a travel sales role
- Amadeus preferred but not essential
- Strong destination knowledge, ideally with tailor-made skills
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Professional, efficient and friendly
- Thrives in a target/incentive-driven environment with monthly targets in place
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

**Travel Consultant - Additional Information**:

- Salary dependent on skills and experience, £20,800 to £25,000 PLUS uncapped commission
- 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Saturday (Saturdays on a rota)
- Office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 6 & 9 to 5 on Saturdays
- Hybrid / fully home based options available
- 25 days annual leave
